Josie joined the Great Pacific Group in April 2022 as Compliance Associate and has over 20 years of experience in International Business sector. Great Pacific was established in 2006 with the objective of providing superior corporate and management services to insurance companies in Barbados. As Compliance Associate, Josie is a key member of the compliance team and has specific responsibility for:

• Providing support and assistance to Manager, Corporate Services & Compliance, Corporate Administrators and Account Manager 
• Ensuring clients comply with internal policies and procedures as well as local laws and regulations
• Assisting with establishing and maintaining client bank/investment accounts
• Conducting periodic internal reviews/audits and transaction monitoring
• Assisting with Compliance reporting to Board of Directors

• RBC Royal Bank (Barbados) Ltd, Private Banking Centre – Financial Services Representative, Account Associate and Relationship Manager
