Who We Are

Great Pacific Barbados was established in 2006 with the objective of providing a higher level of client service. From a standing start in 2022, Alberta has become one of the world’s fastest growing captive domiciles in the world. To help meet this growing demand from our clients, Great Pacific opened our Alberta captive management company in 2024. Our clients’ parent companies are primarily located in Canada, and operate in a wide variety of industries including, forestry, lumber, transportation, energy, manufacturing, real estate, construction, and financial services.

The Great Pacific Group in Alberta provides operational support, company management, and corporate administrative services to our clients. We are a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Jim Pattison Group headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Insurance Operations
